As well as blocking the distribution of aid relief by external agencies the Military junta is going ahead with a referendum in Burma despite the devastation reeked on the country by a Cyclone last week. It is estimated that up to 100,000 people we killed by the storm. The acts of the Junta truly are disgraceful and have left the rest of the world utterly appalled.
